Stuck on Exit

Recently ive been able to reach the vibrations and paralysis every day and at will, but I am having an issue with actually getting out. Today the vibrations were coming on strong and i could see my astral arms and hands clearly so they were out. At this point i tried the rope technique, which seemed to make the vibrations stronger but no exit, laying there for around 10-15 mins doing the rope exit which did improve the quality of vibrations and i could feel the rope in my hand, i noticed that while doing the rope technique that there seemed to me a pressure or force field right above me my astral arms were loose but when i attempted to raise them directly above to do the rope technique I encountered this pressure. Eventually I was able to do the rope technique correctly but it did nothing for an exit at all. After no benefit from the Rope Technique I tried to roll out of my body but nothing just the same increased pressure and paralysis, after trying the roll for a few mins i tried to literary claw my self out of bed using my astral arms and hands (this seemed to work for a second were it felt like I was actually moving my astral double out of my physical body but only a few inches before i was snapped back into the same physical position as before.) After all these frustrations I than closed my eyes or astral sight im not sure which, but just layed there focusing which eventually led to a low quality projection near by in my house. My question is does anybody know whats going wrong here and how to do a exit that will work.

Has anyone had a similar problem with the exit and please share your methods of exits

I would say you are trying way to hard. I always get the message don't try, just do, which is what Robert Bruce also says. Next attempt wait for the onset of the vibrations then just be aware they are there and will yourself to the astral. A strong will works just as well as the "Rope Technique".

What do you mean will your self to the exit if i just sit there and imagine an exit nothing tends to happen other than the paralysis goes away and i wake up or i fall into a non lucid dream state. From my understanding of Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics all the exit techniques involve some-sort of awareness out side of the physical body. The new dawn occult visilizations of attaining the exit seem to be little more than a counterfeit projection or at worse they dont work.

I usually feel myself expanding inside before I project. I will myself to that point. The rope technique always brought me to the physical realm, I like the Astral much better. It is nice to see yourself laying or sitting down, but much more fun in the Astral!

If there aren't vibes to focus on I just imagine myself rising up or sinking/diving. I'd think unless you were using rope technique to begin with then it may be a bit distracting using it in the transitional state as it's a more complex physical action. Also, don't think about separating your astral body from your own. Think about simply moving your consciousness away from the physical... a lot less to worry about in paralysis.

The rope technique nearly always works for me but others that also work are:

. gently lifting my hands under a sheet until I don't feel resistance and then using my astral arms to lift me out (like doing a sit-up using your arms to give you momentum)

. twisting your shoulders as if you're going to roll over from your back to your side - I tend to twirl out using this little movement

. lift your astral hand (hands and feet are the first to go) and ask your guide (or whomever is there) to lift you out - most of the time I immediately get 'a hand' lifting me out

. don't even try to lift out and just stay focused/conscious as your body goes to sleep and you'll find yourself sink - you'll experience a wake-induced lucid dream which in my experience is the same thing and you've just skipped the 'room' Mode 1 phase

You're really close so just enjoy and it'll happen.

Don't get anxious. You need to relax more. Trying to force yourself out doesn't seem to work for most people. Let yourself drift away, but remain aware all the time. If a particular method isn't working, try it again later, only after going deeper into trance.

But the fact that you've been noticing the vibrations daily is great in itself, so congrats on that  :-)
This fire that has gone out... in which direction from here has it gone?

I agree. When trying to force myself out via the rope technique or similar, sometimes it's successful, but there is always a strange (and often frightening) barrier between myself and the exit which is hard to get through. But using a more relaxed method has never hit that barrier.
