Are you talking about me?
If so sorry for the delay I have been out of the loop for awhile.
I agree, neat though weird to have too bear people!
I haven't much experience though and am myself trying, trying and trying again to obe, sorry I can't be of more help.

White Bear

Greetings, all!

New guy here.  I have had a long time interest in OBEs, but never had one.  I found this site after the Art Bell program and began reading the OBE tutorials.

I'm comfortable with shamanic journeying.  I've had several lucid dreams over the years, but they were limited in scope.

I tried the exercises and went into a deeper state than that of journeying.  Worked on the rope thing and didn't get out, but felt some sense of partially detaching.  Vague really, but there.

The thing I was wondering about is that my arms, legs, and torso started twitching a lot.  I *NEVER* have that happen during journeying.  It is not like what I've read about "vibrations" so I'm wondering what that was.  Is it a sign that I'm going in the proper direction for OBE?  The shaking was not alarming, and didn't distract me from my intentions.

I also got a real sense of my lower first chakra really opening...Letting Go would be a better way to describe it...and maybe the 2nd chakra too.  Very kewl techniques, with intense results.  This felt like some of the stuff that happened in a Tantra class I took a couple of years ago.  Kundalini energy working here too???? interesting!

I was very very relaxed and mellow after the attempts (it was a 30 minute session and I did the rope thing 3 tries).

I went to the kitchen for a glass of water, sat down, looked outside at the trees, and in my minds ear I could hear them singing!  That was  very nice, and also was a sign to me that this is a good and powerful set of techniques.  I've "spoken" with the trees and plants a lot, but this was just lovely.

Anyway, sorry for prattling on, but I hope its my way of saying "thanks! this is something I really wish to pursue".

Oh, and hey Two Bears....I know you'll reply...it is great to find another "bear person".  It is my pleasure to meet you and I've enjoyed reading your posts.

Any and all advise is welcomed and greatly appreciated, friends.

TIA,

White Bear
