Last night before bed I decided to use the brainwave generator program. I popped in a file that is suppose to bring on remote viewing. After lying on my back listening to this it soon came to an end. During the time it was on it felt like my 3rd eye was up to something, can't really explain it. After the file was done playing I layed there pretty relaxed but fully aware. Soon it felt as though my whole body was spinning. Not barrel rolls but like I was the hand on a clock except much faster. While I was doing this spinning it also felt as though I was tilting to one side. I tried exit techniques while spinning like this but I don't think I concentrated on one long enough.

Just wanted to share this.. were they vibrations or what?
I know dreams are important. I always wonder how I can use them to help myself.

Those are typical trance sensations. You're on the right track. Keep it up!

Where do I go from here? I wasn't sure what to do when this was happening. I tried to imagine floating above my body but nothing happened.

Last night I feel strong vibes in my lower body but from about my neck up I do not get anything and I am still aware of my body, especially my eyes. I believe anything that I "see" makes me use my eyes and I don't think I should be doing this. I am having trouble though "forgetting" about my eyes.

Keep practicing on going deeper into trance. I think you might be trying to exit too early. After getting deep into trance you'll forget about your physical body and know when it's time.

Do not proceed to quickly. Take one step at a time and only move on when you are completely comfortable with what you have done so far. The reason I am saying this is to reduce the impact of fear. As they say in 'Dune', fear is the mind killer.
