I've been using it quite a bit for the last month. It definitely has an effect. I can go from being completely awake to feeling tired just by listening to some of the different sound files for about 15 minutes.

As for it's ability to help you get OBE's... I'm not entirely sure. It certainly has helped me get into a calmed state of mind, but I've only had 2 conscious OBE's, so I can't say on how effective it is.

If I'm just trying to meditate, I use one of the "meditation" files. If I'm just trying to get some quick relaxation before I do something else, I use the ones called "relaxation". The files are pretty much self explanatory for what they do. I believe they are sequential however. For example, you start out with the meditation file called "Meditation (15 second pulse)" (or something like that), and work your way up to the 90 second pulse, depending on how long you can clear your mind.

BrainWave Generator is supposed to be used in conjunction with "Mastering Astral Projection" by Robert Bruce, which I haven't really been doing. This may have affected the results on my ability to OBE. Maybe actually going along with the book would make it more effective.

I keep using it, even though I haven't had a conscious OBE in a while. Anything to improve my chances is better than nothing at all.

Hopefully this helps.

It was the first program I used for hemispheric synchronization, and I got a lot out of it, at the time.

Yes, sync=synchronization.
