By focusing on your breathing you are focusing on your physical body; you should be doing exactly the opposite. It is good to focus on your breathing initially, but by the time you get the vibes you shouldn't concentrate your attention on it.
You see thats the problem, when I try not to, my breathing becomes irregular and I have no choice but to focus on it.
Just try and forget about regular breathing. It's not important once things get under way.
If you need to maintain a rhythm to get the vibes started go ahead and maintain it that far but once you get the projection process started forget about breathing and focus on where you want to go.

Theres your problem, When you do it breathe like if you where walking around or just watching T.V(Normaly).[:)][:D][:)]
I have become pretty good at getting the wavy/vibration feeling going, but it seems as they get stronger, my breathing pattern will disrupt them. It seems I have to focus on my breathing once I get this far, and then the feeling goes away. What should I do to prevent this from happening?
