I'm an expert, but don't take my word for it, and I say drop the theorizing, you don't need it. If it works for you, it works, and that enough, unless you want to become a teacher, but as you say, you are a 'newbie', and 'newbies' ain't allowed to teach, at least not yet. And remember 'practice makes perfect'.

Dont stop theorizing. The scientific method requires things be repeatable so it can limit what you learn, but using theories based on experience is the best way to know what to do when you try to OBE etc and nothing happens.

I must still remind to regular users here that I have posted a NEWBIE question titles "conciousness involved but how" and got no answer at all... not even a single word from you beavis, besides Havok has asked two questions along with me that are still unresponded in the subject titled "New entry" so please guys remind to yourselves that this forum is intended for newbies to be taught especially considering that mirador says they are not expected to teach.
So please consider replying to these questions even if you only can say "I don't know"

I have theory for newbies that must be checked or completed by experts, for I'm a newbie.

I think the "tiggling" might be associated with little incisings that make some kind of skin permeacle. Then the vibrations are a flow of energy that moves from the place it is usually, and frees itself from its ordinary use: move the physical body.

All this work, when it is for the first time of the life of someone ungifted like me is a very slow, and very long work.For me it started with the hands, and now it continues with the feet and legs... it just came until my knee, but I was lying since 3 hours, and really needed to move.

I feel like this work is performed by little beings, not very talkative, but very receptive to the thoughts you have... if you feel disapointed, or don't believe it will work, they prefer do something else than freeing you from the physical. If you use "the gift"
