That is something I have wanted to ask for also, but did not think it was possible. After having tried since 1988, it is about time for some sort of positive results.
I see your post is about to roll off the bottom without anyone stepping up to help you out! That's got to be discouraging.
I can't help you out either, I am far from being able to project at will. But I can offer advice from my personal experience. There are probably three areas of help that you definitely have at your disposal right at this moment.
First, you have your instincts. Work with them. If you think something is impeding your progress, like an unidentified fear, try to resolve it. If you think changing certain habits - be they sleeping habits, dietary habits, whatever - wimight be conducive to the right 'mental climate' then listen to that instinct. Trust yourself.
Second, you have nonphysical helpers. I have never had a nonphysical helper simply yank me out of body, but I do find immediate subtle changes any time I ask for a helper to intervene. So it is worth something, even if it isn't a magic pill.
Third, the people on this forum can certainly help you within the context of this forum. There is lots of experience here, and you can avail yourself of it.
In my opinion the bottom line is that something worth having is also worth working for. Give it serious effort, believe in yourself, and stick with the simple guidelines like quieting yourself, patience, opening yourself to new ways of perceiving, that sort of thing.

I wonder....
I read somewere that a good projector helpd someone to achive an OBE by visiting him during AP and reported after the OBE about what should the non sucesfull projector do and about his mistakes and what his guides told him.
Can some one like me ask for the same help from a member of this board who also have the capability to project to my location and tell me waht am i doing wrong or just to help??
