Hi. I have been trying to OBE a lot lately, but to no result.

I relax my body and try to keep my mind clear, but my body could have no feeling for HALF AN HOUR yet I still wouldn't have feelings of OBE'ing at all. Like I was very tired going to bed last night, but kept my mind awake. I was awake for 4 hours straight, with a conscious mind, no feeling in my body but still no OBE.

Can someone help?

Besides meditation, are you following any kind of structured OB practice?

Oh man, I know this all too well. The trick is, you can't be all passive. Try phasing. Try putting yourself in an imaginary environment that appeals to all your senses (look up some posts on phasing FAQ if you haven't already). Try imagining the sensation of falling.

If nothing seems to deepen your state, you might just want to get up and try some other time.

Thanks man, I am very passive, I will try your suggestions :)

I wrote something the other day to help people achieve greater awareness.

The document is (optimistically named) OBE14 - Inducing an OBE in (less than) 2 weeks

http://www.kiwibonga.com/OBE14.pdf

The exercises I propose are things I think have worked for myself and others, and could possibly work for you. The approach is different from other things you've read because it focuses on helping you induce OBEs naturally when you fall asleep, and basically prepares you to try all the wake-induced OBE techniques.

I'm also looking for advice to improve it, so feel free to provide feedback.

Thanks for the file kiwibonga, i'll make sure to try it out.

Just there I was highly relaxed with a clear mind and I was imagining myself falling down a dark tunnel and then I imagined the wind hitting me, the smell of the tunnel, what exactly it looks like, and the upper part of my  physical body started to "shake", or "pulse" by itself from the inside. It happened everytime I imagined the scene in much detail.

What is this?

Donal, sounds like the start of vibrations to me, so that's a great sign. I think it's fantastic that you've gotten to the point where you can get into a trance state (highly relaxed with a clear mind)! That's really the hardest part.

Don't worry too much about sensations you might feel - let these happen, be calm and curious. Keep putting yourself into the scene and focus your senses into it.

Look up at 'technique central'

Does your actual physical body vibrate aswell when projecting?

Thanks for the link CF.

No, the physical doesn't vibrate. If it did, with what I've experienced of vibrations, you'd vibrate so fast you'd just spontaneously combust. But don't worry about that ... it's very, very unlikely to happen. :)

When I imagine going down the tunnel, and bringing in most of my senses intensely, my upper body begins to shake violently by itself. That it was what I meant by my other post.

Yeah, sounds like classic vibrations. I hope you're still working at this and getting results like this?
