recently iv been trying to do astral projection by binaural beats and it seems once i get to do the vibration stage, my eyes start to twitch as if im in rapid eye movement, is this normal.

by the way what is your favorite exit techinque. thx

It happens, and with other muscles.  When I was doing BWGen it happened only in the first (relaxation) presets.  But not when I got to the AP presets.  It didn't happen to me with any other types of binaural beats.
I did notice that if I felt the twitches and opened my eyes, my muscles weren't really twitching, they just felt that way.  And when I did energy work while doing them, the feeling was much stronger than while not doing them.
