Can You Do This?

Don't get confused about this, i thought i'll tell you all about it.
Hmm..

We know you can go out of your body when doing obe or astral projecting. Can you get out of your body and chill out, travel around the world and not go back into your body and leave your body to live the normal life. Like putting a diffrent enitity in the your own body. Also can you go in other bodys such as your friends body the aura as well call it what so ever. Like body swapping.

Can this work out? i mean is there anything such as that?

Interesting idea. So our consciousness would go on vacation and leave the body on autopilot to keep the paychecks coming in?

A very advanced state of attainment but could have a conflict with the survival instinct for most of us. I have enough trouble keeping up with my limitations and learning to be careful not to do any damage without someone or something else taking the controls.

I read a story  years ago about a spiritual teacher/master guiding his meditating student on a tour of the higher realms, and a miracle occurred when the teacher assumed the form of the student to show up for work to help not to get in trouble or miss the hours. While this was going on, the student was at home in a meditation trance.

More of myth and great story, but was trying to explain the accomplishments of very advanced spiritual teachers.

Keep practicing and you might be one of the lucky ones to attain this in one lifetime.

that would be so great but its not in accordance with what ive heard ( the body swapping that is ) i mean if that were possible then it would make you open to possession when you project which would be terrible. however i love the astral vacation idea. send me a postcard once you get there!

hmm...makes me think, we are tethered to our bodies by the famous cord. what if, we could will that tether away? 

i think the hardest part in that, would to prove that we "Body-swapped". because the average person already thinks your on drugs when you bring up Astral Projection.
