I've heard that your astral body simply "goes through" walls and stuff, but is it possible to move objects in the astral world? Has anybody ever done it? And no, I don't mean move an object in your astral body, and if that object moved in the "real" world, just simply touch an object, for example, pick up a book or drive a car.
Robert Monroe described in one of his books that he once pinched a friend of his, who later on met with him in physical and confirmed that it had hurt and left a bruise. (That's in realtime zone)
To be honest I am quite terrible at telekinesis... It is a skill that certainly takes a lifetime to master.

I think this depends on your available energy levels. Apparently It takes a lot of energy to influence the physical even from the real time zone.
That is true. I have been pushing my energy level to its limit every day, generating as much power as possible. I then use my hand from my energy body to reach out and grasp the object, yet it always feels too 'heavy' for me to lift.

You're talking about the ETHERIC.
Walking through physical matter on the Etheric is quite possible, yes.
You just have to believe you can, otherwise any matter you come up against will be quite solid to you.
