Can you see them?

hi when the sun shines in i can see little things smaller then flies going up and down and moving around.
at first i thought it was dust but dust just falls and doesnt float up.
i ask people and they just tell me its dust.
but it cant be dust cause dust doesnt float upwards

mabye i m just stupid and mabye it really is dust

but i only see them where the sunshines
if any one wants to tell me what they are or if they r just dust plz tell me

Those little dots? I see those too, and only in light or the sun. I think i heard that it's water. And it refracts light, and that's why you see those little circles in your eye from the light. If you're seeing  dust, it's not shiny, and you can see it's in front of you; where the water is like in your eye.
