Even if you were able to have an OBE 'just like that' (and your mum wasn't yelling up the stairs to catch the bus) you'd have a hard job getting passed the school safe (unless you have xray vision and were superman).
Spirituality motivates people to astrally project and not A grades. Many people have written about knowledge discoveries through OBEs, but I don't think that even the Higher paper marking scheme could be considered as true knowledge!
So as for cheating in your exam, you could try reading the mind of your teacher, but then again, she won't be in the room! Hmm, c'mon GCSEs aren't that hard, get with the programme, try Bitesize.
