Hey, Thomas!

I've had the same problem in the past.  For some reason, more so when doing the Heart method.  It's ok to take a deep breath when you feel this, it really shouldn't interrupt any progress you are making. The more you try "not" to let it disturb you the more it will, that's what is messing you up..So, breath away, Thomas..Then Fly!! [:D]

Hope this helps,

Nay. [;)]

Ideally it is best not to  notice our breath but now and then we'll notice it. I agree with Nay that if you feel a need to breath, just breath and then resume your projection. Sometime I even notice my breath conciously in the physical while still having a projection (especially if there is some problem with breathing) and then transfer back the focus to the astral.

This is probably not related but Nay, where do you get that cool avatar? [:)]

But i feel a tension in my brast when i try to brath, Its feel like i have very diffucult breathing, and when i do it i lose some of focus.
But maybe i just have to keep pratice and pratice, and sudently it will succed. Maybe my body have to get used to the vibration. I dont know.
The true of life is not the way we see it. But how we feel it. With out feeling the picture we see is just an illusion.

When you try the rope technique, do you mean that you already have the vibration? Because if you already have the vibration, then it's better to just stop whatever your doing (climbing rope for example) because this is it. Just relax or bath into the vibration. I found out that if I just relax into them and not disturbing them with any kind of projection technique whatsoever my non-physical body will get loose and float effortlessly. Or you might just bath in the vibration for a while then at some point you just float, roll out or wake up from your body.

Sometime we might not notice our breath but that does not mean that we're not breathing. Like when we sleep, we can go to sleep trusting that we're still breathing while at the same time losing our conciousness. It has become automatic (much like most of the time on the physical). But I understand that it might worry you that maybe you have stopped breathing. Practicing more will help you get over the the idea that you must be aware of your breath at all time.

One more thing, I notice that when I'm relaxing, very deeply I would feel heavinees or pressure on my body (ex. my chest, head, arm etc). The feeling come from being deeply relaxed as the muscle let go of all tension and it is nothing to be worried about. Most of the time we are very tense and being deeply relaxed give such agreat contrast to us.

2 cents.

I think i will try useing you advise. Normally i continue with teh rope technich, sometimes i change my awarenes. But as you wrote. Should i maybe just focus on the virbration, feeling it spreed throug my body, and stop climping.
I will try to use you advise later when i try "AP"

Wow,
Thomas's experience are JUST like mine exactly..... i get all symptoms (falling, energy pulsing, heavy feeling, and as of lately slight vibrations) ive tried different ways to project but rope always has worked for me to get this far... then i get trouble breathing a tightness in my chest and i keep trying to focus and my heart chakra goes completely crazy.... as a matter of fact yesterday may have been the first time i "felt" my other body... i felt heavy but at the same time in my arms and chest i felt a lightness that was cool ( as in cold-ish).... but i lose concentration because of all the symptoms bombarding me at the same time along witht he breathing thing and then i get tired and everything slowly dies away.... its so FRUSTERATING..... i can usually get to that point quite easily after about 10-15 min. of relaxing but i just cant seem to get out!!!!!!!!! i know im close!!! if anyone else can give any input on this and help me out i would appreciate it so much.... i may have very little posts but im definetely not new to this board btw =)..... guess ill stop being so quiet =P....

This is just a WAG (wild-as*ed-guess), but I bet the fear of not being able to breathe comes from feeling out of one's element, sort of like being under water.  Sometimes when I come out of an OBE I feel as though I'm floating back to the surface of a pond. Stressing over it makes it worse.

So - - - like the others here, I recommend taking a pause to notice that you ARE, in fact, breathing quite fine, and you're actually very relaxed.  It's actually a nice feeling once you get used to it!

I have a problem. Here for the last couple of dayes, ifeel some heavey vibration in my body, when i try to "AP". After i have done the ralxation, raise energy, trance. I use the Rope technic.
But i feel that i cant breath, i try not to let me disurb but it is very hard to continue with about taking any breath. I try still to focus that im crawling up the rope.
I feel that my astral body try do go out in the top of my head, but nothing happens. And after that im very exusted, and have no energy to continue. Hope that any of you can give some advise.
