I think that you found the root of the problem, you weren't relaxed enough.  This can cause painful exit sensations.  It happens to me too but in my lower back when I'm not relaxed enough.

I almost always get this problem, it can be very painful during the process of leaving the body but after the exit I usually feel no pain.  I have learned to deal with it as a normal thing now.

Kp do you get this pain in a specific area all the time. Could it be because of energy blockage, injury or maybe are you wearing gold?

Hmm , I had a similar problem last night when I finally got paralysis..my leg felt as if it was one big CRAMP... not really painful but just felt like all the muscles in it where stretched very uncomfortably until I went back in my body and moved it , then it instantly felt better.

Ask yourself , was it really a "pain" in your head or was it just a feeling of extreme uncomfort .. or maybe it felt as if you needed to just move yer neck a bit due to uncomfort? I've had very uncomfortable experiences that I would describe as pain first but then later realize that it never really "hurt" .. just felt wierd.

I dont know what it could be really but how often do you get this pain in your head?
Loving yourself first is the most important step you must take before you can truly love someone else.

Feel free to ask me anything. I'll try to offer advice if I can.

Hi Parmenion,
Yeah, it's usually in my spine at the top.  And funnily enough I sometimes have sharp pains there during the night too... Yet the doctor told me I am perfectly healthy and it's nothing to worry about....

Try psychicly (i hate that word) examining your body to find the problem.Since the doctor says your fine its probably an energy blockage of some sort but could be an illness that hasn't manifested itself in the phsyicall form yet.

The other night I had an obe.  It was planned, but I noticed once out I had a slight pain in my head as I tried to move away from my body.  I thought this can't be good, and immediately went back to my body, and to sleep.  It wasn't sharp, but uncomfortable.  This was one of my few attempts where I didn't do any relaxation exercises.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
