Yea, I know the ones youre talking about, most of them(if not all) are crap. Ive tried one of them off of a free dowload from another forum. I didnt use it for long, didnt have any effect. The place where I got it from is: http://www.astralforum.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1941

Im trying out the Delta meditation one sometime soon, just copied it to a CD so I can listen to it on my CD player, Ill let you know how it goes.
And i dont think 15 is too early, Im only 13 and have been at this for about 5 months now. I think its never to early to start, as it can take quite a while.
