It is a common side effect which comes and goes. It is also possible to get chills which can be just as painful. Your body will adapt with continuing practice.

I suppose it will. Thing is that all I ever read was about getting cold. Funny that I've never seen a mention from someone else about this. It must be far less common.

Well thanks for that.

Tom

Cold is far less common, but heat has only started for me this year. Until now everything has felt like it was icing my insides. It brings drowsiness with it, too.

While I'm at it, does anyone here experience sudden bursts of heat when they meditate? It messes me up sometimes. I can get sweaty even when the room is air conditioned. (I'm glad it doesn't occur too often! :)

Now, is this a bad thing, and is it indicative of any particular level/state?
