By not sensing them they're not going to go away. you should just astral project and talk to them.

That's understood, but this is for temporal relief. Also, there's been some difficulty astral projecting, do you think you might be able to do this?

no I'm having trouble astral projecting myself. I can't even get sleep paralysis.

Hi,
For a consistant following of entities you may be one who can create ectoplasm. Read up on this. If it appeals to you and you are successful, then you will be in a far better position to answer your problem.
The alternative is to speak to a genuine materialist medium and see what develops from your commumication.
You could be one yourself. What you've asked is pertinent to this field of study.
Self help is far better than anothers in this. A lot of cranks are too eager to tell you what you want to hear with a high price tag, be patient.

Why don't you ask them yourself? You don't have to AP to ask a question. Sometimes, the answer will come to you when you least expect it. I see all kinds of strange orbs, shadows and things. When I do, the first thing I say is "Can I help you"? I let them know that if they are there for help, my door is always open. This doesn't interfere at all in my daily life, if anything it makes it even more intriguing. Take this as a gift, you have been "chosen" for a reason.

That's been tried, they refuse to answer those types of questions.

Do you Meditate? If not learn to. It could be that it's not them refusing, it could be that you aren't allowing a chance or medium for them to help. Learn to listen, this could be what they are trying to help you with.

Because it helps to look inwards for answers before you look outwards!

Many times, not always though, that's where the solution is found. Once you have exhausted that avenue, then you can search for other reasons why.
