What are the benifits of OBE's. Do you find that it gives you clarity and better understanding and wisdom. Or does it make you confused....How has it changed you?

It broadened my world view though it really hasn't had a profound effect on me or the way I go through life... then again I'm only in the initial exploration stages of projection.

I do find that I have alot more clarity and a feeling of peace and contentment after an astral projection, especially the following day. Everything looks and feels crisper. As far as more wisdom knowing that there is another plane and having been there, that this here on earth is not all there is, is enlightening to me. What I feel confusion about is putting it all together ie the astral projection experience, in my brain after it has happened because there is usually so much going on. I've just been getting back into it again and the more I've been reading on it I reallize I've been having several ap's which I might' ve thought was only lucid dreams.
All in all it is a wonderful feeling of peace in my whole being that one could hardly begin to describe to someone who has never experienced astal projections.
