The past 3 nights I have attempted to AP. The first two nights I experienced heavy vibrations, but last night I felt there was more progress. I had heavy vibrations, ringing in my ears, and then my breathing started to get rapid and shallow. At that point I got excited and lost focus. This is the furthest I have gotten I believe. I am very excited and intend to try again tonight. I have been waiting a long time for this. Does it seem like I am on the right path? And am I close to the point of actually leaving my body? :-)
Hey BeardGuy i think your on the right path and I think any night now you will fully achieve projection.
