done that too, or just get up and rise out of the body. i still like spinning around in circle real fast. its the coolest thing ever and makes you dizzy when you project.

well, looks like the dry spell is over now... i was able to project out of a dream this morning. learned a few things about the experience and will be difficult to narrate for my site.

there always seems to be the good in oneself along with the bad....:(
