I think i may have shifted my anchor point in my head?

Does that make any sense to anyone?

I am new to this site by the way. Hi.

Ive only just started trying to do OBE's and its going very weel, but no massive detatchemnt yet. However after 3 weeks of work, i now think ive shifted where my point of conciousness sits in my head, and it feels rather odd, bit dizzy in fact, and feels like im taller??

Sure. Many people report being stuck or anchored at a certain point of the body. If this is what you mean?

Sounds like you may be raising energy to your head as well (dizzy feeling). Now all you have to do is shift your conciousness outside your head

I wanted to bump this thread as I experienced this exact thing the other day.  I was walking to my apartment door, when I felt disoriented for a second.  All I can say is I felt taller, as if my sight originated not from where my eyeballs normally are but about an inch or two higher up on my forehead.  It was subtle but enough to be jarring.  It lasted a few seconds.  I was looking at my door's peephole from a slightly higher perspective than normal; that's how I knew it wasn't just in my head, so to speak.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be, or what caused it?

I'm no expert on chakras but that sounds like you've got a very active brow chakra/third eye.

This usually means that your practice is showing its fruits. Spontaneous floating, falling or drifting sensations are reported often.
