This is the most up to date information on me. This is my weekly summary for my last week of practices; what happened and what techniques I used. I'm proud to say that I'm linking it directly to my first book, using it (my first book) for the foundation of my second. Enjoy. [:)]

Preparation: Two Weeks
1.   Experience, recall, and record dreams until can recall a full night of dreams.
2.   Watch the physical body go to sleep, and continue to experience, recall, and record dreams until can recall a full night of dreams after falling asleep watching the body go to sleep.
3.   Consistent regular schedule as far as time of day is concerned.

I started with simple dream recall and watching the physical body go to sleep, which resulted in some very strong, lengthy, and vivid dream recall. Watching the physical body helped with shifting the consciousness. Keeping consistent, regular schedule that allows no interference by any physical appointment keeps the momentum going.



Week 1:

-   Sit and meditate 4-2 before sleep, relaxing into the sleep and relaxation.
-   Then lie down and relax into sleep
-   Attend to the phenomenon if the in-between
-   Attend to the phenomenon of the separation.
-   Set the alarm to wake up 3-5 hours after starting, get up and get mentally and/or physically active for a while, and then start again for a second practice of the night.

*Relax into the activity or memory of the activity of the etheric (vibes, floating, movement, the unique feel and/or movability of the etheric body, etc.) or away from the activity of the physical body (continuous deep relaxation, slowing the breath or the heart, allowing sleep to take over, going into the sleep, combination, etc.)
*Arm/leg-up
*Watch the in-between
*Tend to the separation (move with imagery, shift back from astral, etc.)
*Interrupted sleep

The 4-2 was very relaxing, as it gave me a forum in which to allow my mental body to calm down. It may not seem to have done much, but it got the kinds out of my mental field so I could better practice the techniques. A light astral travel by visualization was soothing to the mind/mental field. Developing and forming a concrete intent with conviction to etherically displace from the physical body, and also to successfully carry out a specific goal, seems to focus the energy and make the being cohesively attuned to successful shifting. The relaxing into sleep and/or relaxing into the eyelids both caused a distinct shifting of my consciousness away from the physical frequencies to the in-between (imagery and/or vibes), and then onto the etheric. When doing these it may seem like nothing is happening, like I am just lying there, but then a displacement happens right amid what seems like complacency. Just having the visions or the vibes may be disengagement/shift from the physical body. The shift can happen with no perceivable change occurring.

Lying down in intense sleepiness while focusing on an external sound works to cause a shift, by allowing the physical body go to sleep while the consciousness has something to keep a stream of awareness active. In the in-between I experienced the imagery and/or the vibes. When having my leg folded so that my foot was close to my butt, my leg balanced in the air caused it to fall when I would disengage, the consciousness having let the physical body go. The deepening of the imagery signified a shift further away from the physical level of the Spectrum. When I was deep enough perceived movement in the imagery/astral caused a corresponding movement of the etheric body.

Lying down and relaxing into the activity of the etheric (vibes, floating, movement, the unique feel and/or movability of the etheric body, etc.), and/or away from the activity of the physical (continuous deep relaxation, slowing the breath or the heart, allowing sleep to take over, going into the sleep, combination, etc.) worked wonders and was relatively easy. It causes a very strong and quick shift. The astral body attaches to the etheric body, and the etheric attaches to the physical. When in a dream movement is difficult it is because the astral body is reentering or being redrawn into the etheric body. Thus it is possible to intend to become aware at any sign of limit of movement, and then latch onto the etheric body and move etherically, which works wonders. Going into the sleep also caused a very strong projection of a type I never experienced before, the AMAZING DEATH DREAM. It was too physical to be astral, yet to crisp to be physical. It was amazing. Maybe I actually died during that time- or rather, my physical body shut down temporarily, subsequently being revived by my higher or source self after shut down.

To do:
Remain calm when a sudden displacement happens. Recognize that an arm my jut out or some other part may suddenly move as we etherically react to what we are astral perceiving. Remain calm and sink back into the state if jarred a bit. We are right there at this point. Just remain calm, sink back in a bit, and then displace. Continue practice now. Don't stop. Know that you're OK- pure M-Field energy. You are indestructible. Keep going. Your physical body's fine. Be sure to use strong, willful, decisive, coherent intent with conviction before and/or during practice. I must try relaxing on the astral before latching onto my etheric body, which may free me very easily and I can be etherically light and free before latching onto my etheric body. I remember how thinking up caused lightness and free movement of my etheric body.
