funny idea probably crazy but i ften wonder if everyone goes through an astral evolution through there lives and its inevitable and we think were trying to do something amazing when really all the older people in reallity all know about and just wait for more and more people to evolve your spirit guide is the old lad down the street changing form i mean if that were true then old people probably are actually wise :lol: its a conspiracy :-D
Spirituality is really about finding the light and encouraging others to seek it as well, hopefully by their own means. Holding any kind of information from people as some game is more a behaviour you'd see displayed in lower beings not in a spiritually rich entity. Information would be shared amongst everyone.

If what you say is so true then how come so many people dont and will never know because people wont tell them? i mean your best friend wont tell you because you'll think hes crazy but couldn't such a rich open minded entity open a closed mind to new things? wouldn't there be an undeniable way to show people or are they just not ready for the truth? I mean I know its not lying if you keep quiet but with holding the truth is just as bad right? :?

Its better if they find out themselves. You could give them (maybe certain ones you see fit are ready to know because you know by judging them) a nonchalant nudge in the right direction by accident *coughcough* This leaves you perfectly safe. It actually works even better if you dont force in their direction. If they're (the person) not ready for it, it could tamper with their lives in a bad way!! What if they're content with their life right now? If they wish to know more about life and its questions after this contentness, they may just attract it. Which may be you. It may be you and your nonchalant nudge they attract..
Speaking of which, I am going to lead a certain friend I know to this site and also maybe some other sites when I get back to school from break. Which just makes me realize.. I've been pondering the idea of telling the guy and recently forgot about it. And then I stumble upon this site for the first time in ages and what's the first thread I stumble upon?? Why hmmmmm.....

It's a process of self-discovery. They don't withold the truth. It's not something you seek to obtain. You already have it. Some things can't really be taught, they can only be learnt. "The real world is unspeakable". Truth exists beyond the dimension of thought. You have to SEE it. Yourself, anything anyone who knows it ever tells you is simply a finger pointing to something. The usefullness in the finger is pointing away from itself. So don't get lost staring at the finger.
People learn what they are spiritually ready to learn. Otherwise it would overwhelm us. The process is flawless.

Usually the reason people don't tell you of their practices isn't because they're hiding something from you, per se. They just don't want to be seen as stark raving mad, which tends to happen when you tell everyone about OBEs and even little things like meditation, it seems.
