I've tried to obe for a long time now and somewhere in my subconscious I feel like my spirit guides have the answers to how to personally astral project. So does anyone else know the best way to find someone to astral project and talk to my spirit guides to finally get some answers from them.
The most obvious answer is meditation.
You have your own key to open the door.
Forcing things will not do what you want.
I mean that I have been trying for years and somehow I am unable to do obes. As well as unable to contact my spirit guides through my dreams at all. I tried every technique possible , and I Just feel like they are there. And the last possible thing I can think of is to get someone else who can Obe or astral project to contact my spirit guides to ask them how is it possible for me to do an obe and not fail for 5 years. So where can I find someone or something online so I can do that.
Ok, it may be a simple change that is required.
It's easy reading things and not quite getting everything correct plus something may be missed thats important to you.
The methods are not important, it's what you do and what you percieve as the transition occurs.
It is four times more successful to try the instant you wake in the morning.
This is one thing that can be missed. It helps greatly as your body is much closer to that required when compared to attempting before sleep.
