Could you tell me how to use my astral body ?

The astral body is the body that our conciousness is in when we project into the astral.  So in case you didn't already guess that means you control it like your physical body except when you go to fly you have to will it to happen and when you want to go through something you press a little harder than normal on the object.

I already said how you use it once you're in the astral.  If you mean how to transfer your conciousness to it I said that you needed to be on the astral plane.  Now take a shot in te dark.  How might one get on the astral plane?  Let's say astral projecting[].  If you want to know how to astrally project than look on the LifeLineTechnique topic.  That's more for OBEs but once OOB you can raise your vibration to the astral.  Also do a search on how to OBE or how to Astral Project.
EDIT: The life line technique topic is on the OBE Discussion Board.  You can find a website with illustrations for it at www.obejournal.com/LifeLineTechnique.htm.  I find that the life line technique works pretty good.  It's reccomended you try it sitting up, possible reclined a little.
