Crazy dreams

Hello. Yesterday night I was trying to astral project but unfortunately I fell asleep and I saw myself trying to astral project! Actually I am not sure If I was dreaming or not. In the beginning I could feel my physical body, and after a while I saw that crazy dream. This has happened to me like five times. Every time its a different dream, but very intense and a bit scary. What happened to me?

I'm assuming you lost the physical sensation of your body and then saw yourself trying to project. If so, maybe you were in the eyes of your astral double watching yourself project. Thats my theory.
