Title: Crazy multiple experiences
Post by: iamkuljuarenot on December 29, 2020, 15:06:30
I've been on these boards for many years, and I've had lots of nonphysical experiences.  I've also went many weeks or months without any.  I will admit im not as submerged in the topic as I used to be, but something has struck me as odd.  I can go weeks without having a lucid dream or obe, but then when it actually happens, they continue throughout the night.  When I was asleep last, I was ruslted by I dont know what, and my belief construct trigger for an obe is vibrations.  When I am in this state I know it's going to happen, and it did.  However, my experiences don't last that long, it only seems to last a couple minutes at a time, could be longer but I'm not sure.  What is wierd to me, is that when this happens, I can keep having them after I fade out, I literally lost count of how many times I did it last night, at least ten.  Sometimes I fade out of it and feel the vibrations again and can slip right back out, and sometimes I can phase right back into a nonphysical environment.  It came to a point where I think I was almost getting tired from it, and just stopped trying.  My question is, how can I not have these experiences for am extended period of time, and then all of a sudden I can just do it as much as I want in one sleep session?

Have you heard the saying "if you love something set if free. If it comes back it's yours. If not it was never meant to be"? You are now seeing that first hand.

Many people report having "droughts". Some can be very lengthy too,. But when you "need" to see it and are "open" to it, it returns to teach you anew. Many times these droughts are caused by "life" itself in general. Meaning, your focus on your physical life totally consumes you. It's not a bad thing, you return back to it again when you are ready to. Your physical existence should always be your #1 priority. I have found though that you can find a happy  "balance" of the two!  :-)

I can't add to much of the good advice that Lumaza has given pertaining to this issue but,

Sometimes we do get experiences in rapid or continued succession; I have had this many times. It seems that supposed 'normal' life, that is PR life, takes precedence for months or years at a time; then our NPR activities seem to flare up and catch our attention. I think that this follows our personal and individual life course that we have chosen; take some time and reflect on that idea.

The waxing and waning is important to our experience in physical space.. "between the two our life flows". Once the non-physical is permanent in our experience, we are no longer in physical space. So until we are ready to vacate for good there will be the ebb and flow. We choose it for as long as we do, winding....as a river toward the shores. In the end, the expression itself is/represents our lifetime. Enjoy the coming and going. The arrivals and departures. The breathing in and out. Observing absolutely all that you can. It is this data ( the learning ) that is so precious. To the individual as well as the whole.

Your question is a good one. I have asked, and addressed it myself.

Sometimes the answer is fear. ( what do you think? )
