in my experience , my intent was to have sex with my GF and I simply snapped my fingers lol.. It was rediculously cool and simple.  The sex was great and it was so real that I started feeling my physical body making noises while it was sleeping in my desk in class... It was moaning!  At first I didnt really realize waht the feeling was but it was my voicebox making scratchy breathing sounds So.. its pretty real.  And remember , you can be in total control of your astral surroundings once you get the hang of it.
