I asked this way too much, I'm sorry if I am annoying any users. But would it be possible to project and asks a loved one in spirit form for the winning lottery numbers?

Yes you can. But the problem is that numbers do not come across very well in spirit. They are illusionary and symbolic in nature,so in spirit you perceive the symbolism instead.   The best way found is learn remote viewing then use a specialized form of RV known as associative remote viewing. You can use this when you project, but you don't have to be able to project to do it. Projection makes little difference in this.
