Why did the world vibrate like underwater or made of jello?

This is the first OBE I remember, while probably many happen all the time and I think I just imagined it or forget.

I had been in bed for at least 15 minutes. I wanted to know what time it is but not enough to get out of bed. To my surprise, I floated up and looked at the clock. Everything was vibrating like the world was underwater or made of jello. I saw the lighted green digits on the clock. I quickly opened my physical eyes and verified I had seen the right time. It really looked like that.

Why did the world vibrate like underwater or made of jello? Maybe my spirit was not connected to my brain well back then, so the connection had some waves in it.

But when you shape it you're not on Earth anymore, even if it still looks that way. On the telekinesis side, I shape it a little but stay here. I'm trying to figure out the path between Earth and astral continuously, instead of jumping from one to the other.

You eventually figure out its the same. There's no real pathway its more of a matter of how you look at it. You are thinking in terms of time and space, both of which are merely appearances for the sake of creating the conditions for experience that we have here.  You can't force it but eventually with some experience you perceive what is going on. I thought it was rather interesting to play with it when I first saw the stuff.... but then I'm an artist and like to do that kind of thing.
