Alright, so I heard that when you Astral project you can see 360 degrees, I had also heard some people can view the future etc, well anyway, this was a few weeks back, I thought I had astral projected that morning as I sort of saw myself who had asked a girl out, we were sitting in a cafe and there were tennis courts outside and me and this girl who I had asked out were having a nice chat, but things just seemed obskewered if thats even a word lol, but yeah it was me and her together and I could see us from pretty much any angleand I could see everything around me, but yeah, its pretty weird, so I was wondering if it was AP or just a dream? I had pretty much remembered everything after that...
Note: I had asked this girl out well sort of, I hadn't see her in quite a while I had met her like once and I ran into her and I pretty much asked her too have a drink with me and she was like, "Yeah sure you seem like a funny guy" But I am just wondering if this could be the start of something or was it just a dream?
Keep it simple and call it a Non Physical Reality experience.
That's easier to comprehend right now and removes any confusion.
It could definitely be the "start of something". Dreams sometimes do come true! :-)
If you are seeing from a point of view, instead of a physical form per say, than seeing 360 degrees is just part of the "package".
Many times while in the NPR, I view things from a 360 degree point of view. But, I don't see my hands, feet or any sign of my physical body.
I am just pure consciousness free to roam, with no limits!
I think it might have been a dream. Projectors report that you usually know when you are projecting. Also, I don't think projecting happens in a 3rd person view. Although, I'm not sure.
Its a common belief that we all go out during certain parts of sleep , and only remember as a vague dream . Your dream may of been bits and peces from being out of body .

I agree.

Less common is the belief that I hold...
You're out right now. You're out so much, you're never really in to begin with. In fact, there is no in.
I also agree with Desert Rat. It happens with us sometime.
I am with the NPR answer. When you see people that you know. Its pretty much your basic subconscious you are roaming around. I relate these to Monroe's (F21) experiences. When you start having lunch with 5 to 6 people that you have never met before and are having a vivid experience of what is being said. That's when I would be more pressed to say you were in the astral.(These would be more F24-26 [BST's]) Then I would start using that word for that experience.
Lunch, one girl, familiar place, familiar face = highly unlikely its the 'astral'
Cheers,
