Sorry can not help you there. All I know is, it is a focus level. I think it is in the 20's.

WOAH! 20's! are you sure!!!!!!! thats.. ALOT! i didn't even leave my body or anything. waaaay weird.

i got it from awakenedminds.com its like 40 dollars with shipping. they said they would ship it 2 days after i ordered, but i got it 3 days after i ordered. thats like overnight mail, kind of.

it was weird. when i was desturbed by my mom it felt like i was only doing it for 20 minutes before "time stopped". also the Mega Bass on my cd player was on, when it wasn' supossed to be. Maybe it'll do something even cooler without mega bass on?

Focus 15 is the level associated with a feeling of no time.That said I`ve experienced various time distortions all the way from F10 toF 21.I don`t worry to much about what focus level I`m at. I look at it more as a smooth continuous flow to a deeper level of physical and mental relaxation.
I`ve been using the Awakened Mind CD for about 6 months now and like it a lot.I get the best results by having no expectations about what will happen and emptying my mind as much as possible.Although I`ve never projected while listening to it I`ve had some very interesting visions.

last night i had a vision of a tunnel with artichokes, it was 3d, but still on the back of my eye lids. i tried ot go through it and it was like i was moving through it, but i didn't really  "do anything"

You mean in that electronic foggy mist on the back of the eyelids you saw a 3d artichoke? All I can get is puffy clouds wherever my eyes move. Is there anything you do to actually see images easier?

right. its like a "sceen" of clouds. sometimes the clouds are yellow and black, and sometimes they aren't clouds, just colors. i never got the mind awake/body asleeo part, or maybe i did , but how would i know since i didn't try to move?

on the screen, i saw a twisting tunnel  and the walls were "artichokes" tightly packed together. i tried to go into the tunnel with my "eyes" but i didn't do anything. it looked like i was into the tunnel quickly (as in the insides of the tunnel were moving towards me, as if i was going through it"

after what seemed like an eternity, track 1 of awakened minds ended, and track 2 started. while it was loading the second track there was a really deep humming in my ear, deeper than i've ever heard before. something happened to make me stop, and i looked at the alarm, i thought i had been doing this for atleast an hour, as the second track felt like an eternity aswell, but it was only 30 minutes


the only thing i did differently was i kept saying "mind awake, body asleep" over and over in my head. then, i made my legs feel "weird" you know? like you can "focus" on them and everything below the waste feels weird, but it lasts a short while because its kind of diffucult to keep it feeling "weird" as soon as i did this, its like i "slid" into "something" the blackness got ALOT closer, and i felt more "in" it.

i got my awakened mind disc today. almost immediatly i became extremely relaxed and felt warm inside and my limbs were heavy. i started seeing flashing like a strobe light, i've never had that before, although i didn't get vibes and i didn't feel like i was seperating.

also, my mom disturbed me after an hour of using the disc, i had no reccolection of what happened after a certian point, like time wasn't there, but i guess i wasn't aware enough to notice the transition. Was that no time/forgetting a focus level? i remember something about a focus level with no time but all it said was "no time"
