How Can You Switch Bodies?

Does anyone here know how you can possess someone or switch bodies with them?

Me and my friend both want to temporarily switch bodies/possess each other, so this is completely consensual. I am not trying to possess anyone without their permission.

People have mentioned the "silver cord" thing in replies to similar questions about body-switching, but I'm not entirely convinced that it exists. The astral body may have an almost "magnetic" attraction to its correct physical body, but I don't know if any actual "cord" exists. With astral projection you can travel anywhere in the universe - so why not simply into someone else's body? I'm also not entirely convinced that any actual "cord" exists because I have read about trong-jug yogis actually switching bodies with people, but there is very little information about how they did it out there. So it seems like this is definitely possible, I'm just lacking the knowledge.

My friend and I will both astral project at the same time, so our bodies will be vacant. We just don't know how to actually get inside each other's bodies after that.

If you know how to do this, I will be eternally grateful if you'd share this info!!!

I know Robert Monroe got into some one else's body by accident . The guy was sick in the hospital and his soul had probably already left. I have read of a highly advanced Buddhist Monk that was in in the astral or dead. I forget, it's been a while. Then he found someone that tried to kill themselves and the monk made an agreement with the guy that didn't want to go back that the monk could go into his body. And so the monk did. And when the monk entered the body he eventually ended up writing a bunch of books. I forget what his name was. I downloaded the books off of a torrent website. It's been so long. I ended up deleting the books in a hard drive reformat. Not sure if the torrent is even active anymore. At one point I tried to find it again but couldn't. Don't remember how much I looked. he books might even be out of print.

Anyway I think that is a bit of a different story and don't just take my word for it. If you can find this guy and his books. I would imagine it might cause some trauma as mentioned. Remember this was a highly advanced monk that did this.

Your story of the monk and a guy that killed him self would be more what is called a walk in .  The o.p. is more looking for something temp. They also made a post on another forum with no follow up comments , I call thoes people" post and split people" , its kinda rude to me .

You should try to imprint their mind first. If you can't do this, it's a big NO.
If you can with all your knowledge on a subject they knew nothing about you've got a chance.
