Vibrations randomly throughout the day.

Allright, this is my 1st post here (Hehe, Hay everybody!)

I am fairly new to AP and became aware of the swaying vibrations a few weeks ago. I have been meditating for a few years now, and never felt them.  I am 18 years old if it makes a difference.

I was wondering, is it normal to get these vibrations randomly throughout the day. I would also like to note that I practice martial arts, am very healthy, and I NEVER get sick.. EVER!.

Often I will be doing some activity and I will feel the swaying, out of nowhere, without inducing it. Sometimes I will be just drawing or playing guitar, and it will get fairly intense, and I'll hear buzzing.

I was under the impression that most had to try to get the vibrations.

Does anyone else get them without trying randomly, throughout the day?!

umm, I'm feeling them very slightly right now.

Hi, Prophet!

As vibrations can be both physical and energetic process,  it's normal, to feel vibrations throughout the day.
I mean a physical process is global relaxation of muscles after physical training. I have also very much frequently. Energetic is a redistribution of energy in a body. Such occurs also frequently.
Not important how old are you. It depends on many factors.

Happens to me too. What I have noticed is that it occurs when my attention is elsewhere - reading a book, driving, cooking etc or I can deliberately induce it by thinking about it happening. There's a subtle 'shift' in perception and there it is, waving gently. I've never projected from that state, but I think it has triggered conscious projections later in the  day when I have fallen asleep.

Although my memory is a bit dodgy, I can remember pulling up at a junction in my car, wondering when I was going to be able to pull out. Suddenly the awareness shifted and I was 'waving' in my seat. It didn't distract me greatly, but that night I had my first projection in months, I hadn't even thought about AP for ages. When the car incident happened I wondered if it might signal that a projection would happen, and it did. From then on I have paid more attention to those shifts. I kind of believe they come and go in natural cycles, when it is easier or harder to project, because I can project regularly for periods and not all for periods, without techniques. I just to make sense of it all relative to me..

I should add too, that intense mental activity really seems to be the key to me projecting over the years. Drawing and playing instruments is something that I do too and when it leaves me mentally tired I seem to project well after those times,   any kind of intense concentration - I study form in horse racing, which is pretty complex - leaves me in an ideal state for projection as long as I allow myself to take a nap right after.  During whatever mental activity I am envolved in I can feel the hemispheres of my brain 'vibe' in a kind of left-right-left-right kind of way and that for me is the surest sign I will be able to project if I let myself fall asleep.

Hi
Your symptoms indicate that you have loosened your astral body.
But I may be wrong.
The same things happened to me, when I tried to loosen my astral body using Robert Bruce's methods. I got easy vibes, floating sensations throughout the day. In fact a few times I felt as if I fell down the chair, when I was sitting normally and no one saw me move. It can seem real.

If you are not on any meds, then its a positive sign. A loose astral body can help you project easily. But if you want to get rid of it, do some grounding etc.

Yeah, so I guess a lot of people have the same symptoms as me, getting them randomly and all.

Does anyone else get them around 50 times a day!?!  (like me)

I get them quite normally myself... Especially if I relax at ALL, some times sitting in my office chair, or even while flying my plane !  lol (gotta be careful I guess)
