Well everyone is diffrent so techniques will work for some and not work for some.
What I do is just lie on my bed and later I will get these lights in my eyelids. After a wile they go away and I see a tie-dye effect. 3 seconds after that I get vibes.

Sorry if the title was misleading, this is more of a question than an answer. I've only gotten vibes once and it was far earlier in my practice of AP when I wasn't trying for anythig at all. So I would like to know from all of you who have them, or can induce them etc. What is the best way to get vibes. What leads up to it, any special visualizations? practices? things to focus on? awareness etc etc. Iwould appreciate some help, so I can start vibing also. Plus we can all compare our different techniques. Thanks.
