This is crazy and i did'nt think AP was possible after only a week of trying it, But it worked, and i was out... and i'm glad it did cuz i'm not very patient and i probably would have quit trying after awhile

so this is how i did it :

about a week ago i ran into this forum and pretty much read every topic and every post in a few days... every night i would go to my room and try and conciously project, i would sit there for an hour or two trying my hardest to come out.. i would feel the trance state and mild vibrations but none of it adds up to what happened this morning.. i read some posts saying that to conciously project it takes years and years of practice. so last night i decided i would go to bed and set my alarm for early early morning... when early morning came, my alarm went off and i slightly awoke but still kept my eyes closed and slowly reached over and turned it off.. i began to concentrate on feeling vibrations and they started to come quick. but these ones were way different than the ones i had felt before.. these vibes concumed me. it felt as if my whole body was shaking like i was seizing and disintagrating at the same time.. than i heard all the noises i've heard about.. buzzing, rushing, water sloshing, and than all of a sudden it simultaneously stopped.. but something was different, i can't even put it into words. but i knew i was either already slightly separated or i was for sure ready to get out... a dog started barking in my ear, very angrily, super loud as if it was right at my ear.. but i remembered the section i read on auditory hallucinations. so it did'nt scare me and i ignored it.. finally i just sort of pushed off and it was like i was on the moon i was bouncing all over in my room.. ha ha ha, i thought it so funny at the time. my vision was very blurry, but i did'nt try and make it clear because i didnt really care about what i saw.. bouncing around in my room was crazy enough... this lasted probably fifteen seconds and than i found myself in a dream state.. laying on my bed back in my body, but my bed was in a completely ridiculous place right at the door. and outside my open room there was a couple of people looking down at me, and they kept on talking loud.. all i wanted to do was get out again but these people wouldnt stop talking, so i couldnt.. than all of a sudden i woke up. but this time for real.. ha ha

anyways, ha ha, i'm sure you can tell im stoked it happened...

Does anyone have any tips on not slipping into a dream? cuz it happened so easily and i did'nt even realize it...

Wonderful!

You tell it so enthusiastically!  Isn't it great, bouncing all over your room???!!!  :-D :-D

The way you tell it says to me that you had a classic OBE and no doubting. Excellent.

Yes, yes, yes!  But how on earth do you describe this "knowing you are separated" to someone who never has consciously experienced it?  It's not easy, is it?

You fell into a dream most likely because you lost lucidity, that was all (in my opinion).  Give it time - plenty of time - and you'll be able to retain lucidity for longer periods.

Welcome to the joy of projecting!

I wish I had gone through the vibrations, I got too shook up and called it a night  :|

Sounds like such an amazing experience, have you had anymore since then??

After i tried all last week and finally did it i decided to give it a break for a little bit ... but i started up again last night...  i tried to conciously project last night before i went to bed and almost instantly i felt like i did when i came out for the first time.. its to intense to even put into words.. ha ha, but i got to excited and eventually i felt my body again...

But i think its gonna be hella easier for me to get out now that i know the feeling of being ready to seperate.. and its an unquestionable feeling... you don't debate in your mind whether your physical is gonna move with you.. you know for damn sure that you are ready to move out... ha ha, i can't wait for my next one!!!
