2 nights ago I was dreaming and then suddenely I became lucid, I decided to try to AP and decided to try the method of flying out of the dream but it was taking too much energy, effort and was threatening to wake me up so I just decided to "will" myself out and things got interesting...

I felt myself move inside myself if that makes any sense, I got a floating sensation inside my body and felt my legs float and then I felt my arms/torso etc floating around but I couldnt see anything just blackness.

I sleep near a wall and I think I floated into the wall because I felt the cold and the pressure from hitting it and then suddenely I woke up.

Now tonight I attempted to put myself into trance by letting my body fall asleep so I let this go on for about 15 minutes but my mind got too rested from the sleep I just had so I just decided to get up, although annoying sounds were coming into my mind like some australian guy saying "fancy a jingle mate?" and other distractions which I will have to learn to ignore.

LOL, that's great, so I'm not the only one going insane here  :-D

One of my little breakthroughs with "voices" happened while sitting in the recliner chair meditating, a conversation started in the room.
I wasn't annoyed but felt I needed to be the boss, so I instantly got up out of my chair, turning back to look at the room, (my body still sitting in trance) and said out loud mentally, "who's there!" assertively in a good humor way, like you would if you're kidding with friends. The voices stopped, then I just sat back down to continue meditating.

It's a hard thing to figure out. Voices sound like people I've never met, totally unfamiliar personalities.
Although the subconscious can be surprizing. Hypnotist seem to be able to make a person who's never been to England, start for the first time suddenly speaking in a posh English accent with a completely different personality. How does that happen? no idea.

Kinda sounds like you had success in shifting your consciousness. I never got stuck in a wall, but my vision was dark and hazy at first, then it just naturally cleared up after a few more experiences. I think since you've acknologed that you need vision, it sorts itself out automatically.

Hey, maybe it was Steve Irwin! :-) I'd love to meet him in the astral.

You may have got out the first time. I'm not sure if you did or not. If you actually did feel yourself hitting it, then I'd say it's likely you got out.

yes I felt the cold off the wall and the pressure from hitting it

Try projecting with a light on or during daytime. Was it dark in your room when you felt you were out of your body?

Not too dark, no.

On another note I tried to do it this morning but everytime I got to a certain relaxation level I heard a noise which sent me back up again, pretty annoying I can only assume it is astral noise or some entitiy messing around.

Skippy

I almost wish there were entities around when I'm attempting to project. I was practicing last night, and asked for help, but I don't think any came.

I dont think you want australian music blasting into your ear when your trying to focus mate :-o :-D

Awakened_Mind

Why? What's wrong with Australian music?  8-)

Nothing... but anykind of music can break focus if loud enough

I didn't necessarily mean music.  :-) I think it'd be good to have an entity around who'd help, though. Maybe the Steve-man himself could come and yank me out of my body! Oh, that would be great. He could leap on me like he does when he's rescuing a crocodile, grab my astral body, and pull me straight out!
