Title: Do scary movies effect your obe's?
Post by: slipknot0129 on January 07, 2010, 05:30:53
Do scary movies effect your obe's? If I watch a scary movie in the dark it makes me fear even having a obe cause all I would be thinking about is the darkness and scary stuff showing up.This one obe I had, there was a scary robot at my door when it was really dark, it scared me. Another obe I had there was a girl/zombie thing with a pitch black shadow face that looked at me through my window, I just froze in fear. When I was younger I watched that exorcism of emily rose movie then I got sleep paralysis and the devil was at my door, that was really scary also. Dolls are really scary so I try to avoid even looking at them in a obe.

You are giving the answer yourself.  :-)

In my case I try to avoid anything that could give me negative thoughts specially before going to bed. Like they say thoughts become real in the astral and even though they might be a manifestation of one's mind and basically we can control them; I wouldn't want to find out what my mind can be capable of when it comes to negativity.

I never watch scary movies. I don't see any reason why I would frighten myself OBE or not.
