i've only obed once.. and it was tot he RTZ. after i shot back into my body i felt well rested, but as far as vibrations go, none.

how do you know when your body is asleep if you dont move? and does your body still have muscle spams when its asleep and you can feel that? and how do you get rid of those anyway? they are most annoying.

and how can i get swirley tie-die ect ect "patterns" when i havn't even reached f10? its like i cant feel my body, but i could move if i wanted.

I believe they can. I don't know how they work, but from my own experience, when it seemed to me that I've "awoken" out of the trance state, I really didn't. I don't know as far as recieving a phone call and talking to other people, but I have on occasion woken up, lifted my head, looked around and still felt the vibrations going on like mad.

"Not this time. My lower arm still occasionally feels vibration, 15 minutes later."

That also means your arm was really relaxed. I felt that feeling many times before.

To make a long story short, I was well into a trance, maybe a deep trance (didn't want to move muscle to find out if I had sleep paralysis, but everything else seemed in order).  I was feeling was might be vibrations in lower arms and legs, very curious.  Phone call came, and as I'm on call, I have to answer (it was moderately important).  After this obviously concentration is over and everything should return to normal, right?

Not this time.  My lower arm still occasionally feels vibration, 15 minutes later.  By vibration I mean the lower arm feels like it is in a car that has thrown a piston, and the piston just locked.  This is not a usual feeling for me.

My understanding of vibration is that my vibrations were way too low to be any use.  It was nowhere near a cargo plane flying close over the house, nor did my spine feel odd.  I was having some really strange sensations with my hand though.

I'm just curious whether the local effects of vibrations can carry over to the waking state?
