Do you ever confuse real life with astral projection?

Sometimes im just laying in my bed not knowing if im in the astral or just laying in my bed. Today I thought I was laying in my bed with my eyes half way close but it might have been astral projection. Then sometimes I change positions in my bed but im really did it in the astral.

That just happened to me last night.  I realized that I was in a dream after "flying" in a car to a resort hotel.  I turned to my girlfriend and said, "am I awake right now?"  She just looked at me confused, so I asked again, this time a bit more earnestly, and still she didn't respond, but got a worried look on her face like I was acting crazy.  At that moment I really couldn't tell if I was awake or in a dream...they seemed to be identical experiences!
