Do you see angels or demons when you AP? I know it probably depends on where you are if you might see one. I am curious in part because I have a Christian up brining. Though I have changed a lot of my beliefs sine then.

You will interpret what you see in however way you're comfortable in seeing it. :)
Remember though, it's not the visual of what you're seeing that's important... always try to look beyond it. Turn your attention more upon what's said, not who you believe said it.

I have seen both, but as Xanth explained-- they are how YOU personally see them. Sometimes they may even change their form to make you feel more comfortable (and at times-less comfortable)
I have only seen what I would call apparitions.
Mostly demons :evil: but usually while lucid dreaming. However I think if I was more experienced I would have more control with what I see. Actually the ony reason I even found out about astral projection and lucid dreaming was because of demonic attacks that started taking place a few years ago. It was really scary at first, but now it's more annoying then anything reason being cause I wake up in the freakin middle of the night between 2:10 and 3:30 am. But I know they can't physically harm me. The good news is I'm getting good at making the bad entity leave without waking up. I know that some may think it's all in my head. And maybe it is for the most part. Either way it's a battle I must fight :-(
I've heard it's important to confront these things for they can be aspects of the self seeking reunification.
