AP is a hallucination? Or that we want it so bad that our brain allows it? Or do you believe we actually travel to a dimension that has always existed?

i have two opinions for that ...( i say opinions becase im not skilled enough to prove it even to myself)   

1. ppl say that its all real and its a whole new place where u can react with other living beings...
2. its all hallucination like u said just because we want it so much... our brian is able to trick ourselves..


well these is a way to prove things...    they(ppl who skilled enough to AP in a strongway) say that u can learn things which u dont know before by doin AP...like u can go to a place u have never been to and learn your way around and then go that place in real life and check if its sam e or not...or  put a card of deck  somewhere in your house and select randomly some cards and put them in somewhere u cant normally see what they are... check try to check them while you are doin AP  if u can know what they are after AP or remember what cards they are that proves it ....

I think that if it's hallucination then the physical is hallucination as well. Or things can be half-real, half-hallucination, like an out-of-whack perception. You see something, but you're not seeing it in it's true form. I'm constantly asking myself what's real.

definitely not a hallucination.. the more you project, record, verify, conduct your own experiments, read near death experiences there is something definitely there! i agree about the brain intruding but when someone is dead for minutes, half hour, or longer and they return... explain their NDE/OBE consistent with other experiencer's.. you can't easily dismiss as a facade..
