Hey guys, havent really posted much in a while...  :|

But, i'm currently switching up my techniques, gonna try some indirect techniques from the SOBT ebook.
The problem i'm having is, well, seperation. Ive been on several forums and came across many topics on this... But they all say the same, and you probably will too... 'just do it!'

Some people say do it physically, without using muscles. Does that mean I just flop onto the floor? Others say to do it using your 'other body', some say imagine it, some say that you musn't imagine it. Sorry if this sounds stupid but I just can't understand it. I kinda 'started' with phasing so I dont have much experience with seperation.

Maybe i'll know in the morning after my next attempt  :-)

You know what? It doesn't even matter. I think i've found the answer.

As usual, its just me not paying attention properly.

Anyways, feel free to answer, it may help someone else having the same problem...

Glad you found an answer. The first time I tried to separate, I tried to use my arms and feet to get up. I may have flapped my arms like wings even. It didn't work. I also tried to rollout and couldn't. I was a bit stuck because I was thinking about my physical body too much if that makes sense. I used my mind to think about which direction I wanted go and that worked better. I do the rolling out thing fine now. I haven't hit floor once. :-)
