If such a thing exists, I would also appreciate itm a I'm a very visual person. I know there are images/designs to meditate on, but with a purpose of astral projection, I don't know. Anyone?

We will see if this works. I am going to try to upload a jpeg. It is supposed to create a sense of motion when gazed at / stared at in its center point.

Maybe you missed my post. The picture is supposed to help generate a sense of motion even when the body is held still. This sense of motion helps with learning to project.
