I forgot to mention
the hemisync mp3 i downloaded was 256kbps
doesnt make it perfect...but.............

when you make an mp3 audio file, the encoder changes the frequencies of the sound and further distorts and compresses it to make the file smaller...why i am mentioning this is because the sensitive frequencies of hemi-sync and bwgen may not work properly or at all if you download the tracks in mp3. Also, CD burners are not perfect, so if you use BrainWave Generator or a similar than dont expect a perfect replica of what you get off of the program.

so in short im saying if you download copied Hemi-Sync tracks off of the Internet AND burn them onto a CD you will have lost much of the fine tuned freqencies and may have a CD that has no more effect than fingernails on a chalkboard.
