:? :? I recently read about SOME Method were you draw the letter c on you right index finger i wanted to read more but the link some one had posted did not work can some one tell me about it? :?

This is an awesome method when used in combination with reality checks. If I remember correctly it worked the first night I tried it. Maybe I should start doing this again.... hmmmm... :-D
