Dreaming of attempting an oobe

Is it common to dream of attempting an oobe, such as vibrating, or could it be just me being half awake and me vibrating?

If it is dreaming, is there an easy way to turn oobe attempt dreams into lucid dreams, and then have an oobe?

I've been messing around with WWBT for about a month now. On my second night I had the vibrations twice, and both within about 10 minutes of each other, though I definitely wasn't mind awake/body asleep, as I have yet to ever get SP, or get any hint of getting there. I just eventually fall asleep! I might have a short dream or two, and then crash for good.

Since then, all I've had are two nights dreaming of having vibrating twice both times.

Were you aware that you were "dreaming" (ugh I hate that word now) in any of your experiences?

This is a good indication of your subconscious being programmed and attempting to do your request.
It almost succeeded.
If you now add to this by wanting to become aware in your kitchen, or somewhere away from your body, it may give results by doing this too.
It can take a few weeks to act out, you've have results already so add to them in the same way.
You never know if it will give you results instantly, desire, focus and intent feed the subconscious. With a powerful mix results are obtained.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

That's what I thought, that my mind is *very* well programmed at wanting to have an OOBE!

I've only had a lucid dream once, years ago, way before I even knew about OOBEs.

I think my main challenge is trying to put my body asleep, and at the same time, keep my mind awake when trying WBTB.

I have yet to ever get SP or any hint that my body had gone asleep.

Then you've had an OBE/AP/LD... whatever you want to label it.  You've experienced a Projection.  :)

You don't ever need to experience Sleep Paralysis.  :)
