Did you feel a slight bit dizzy?  Usually I'll get dizzy, while feeling heavy, so-say.  These are normal in a deep trance, and when attempting to AP.

I got that once also, I wasn't so dizzy but I realized that I was asleep, well my body was also, and as soon as I moved my arm, I broke the spell and that 'magic' feeling was gone.

hey last night when i was asleep i woke up,but i kept still and had my eyes closed then when i moved my arm alittle i had a feeling like i was falling.someone got any help?
