Easy way to have an OBE or Lucid Dream

      I have found that the only way that I can have an OBE or Lucid Dream is this.

I'm a late sleeper and tend to sleep to 10:00 but I stay up late as well. I force myself up at 7:00 am or 8:00 am earlier works but sometimes I'm to tired. I get up for maybe
30 mins to an hour no less no more then that I walk around (don't eat) then I decide to go back to sleep I go to a chair not a bed i lean the chair back.

close my eyes and think about having an obe then I use the relaxation method but not to much because I'm already relaxed I clear my mind and then focus my thoughts on an Obe i fall asleep then it may or may not happen but the success rate is around 20%

    i use this one a lot. i either wake up an hour or 2 into sleep or an hour or 2 before i normally wake up. my success rate with this is about the same. most of the times i fail to project is because im too tired or i lose focus and i end up just falling asleep. but this is probably the best way to start out doing obes. ive been doing obes for about a year now and this method works best for me.
